ALPHA ACID TRIP SERIES

The can design for Albuquerque’s Marble Brewery’s Alpha Acid Trip series was inspired by the work of Czech-German illustrator and designer Heinz Edelmann’s work in The Beatles’ 1968 animated film Yellow Submarine. The design’s illustrations convey the message of the groovy and experimental flavor this IPA offers. Each can design was released bi-monthly in 2023 by Marble Brewery.

CASTNER RANGE COMPENDIUM

The Castner Range Compendium was design as a proposal package for presidential consideration in Washington D.C. to make Castner Range a national monument. The campaign for this goal has been an on going effort from the community for years. The compendium consist of scientific reports, photos showcasing the natural beauty of the region, news articles that chronicles the campaign progress with the support of Congresswoman Veronica Escobar and other representatives, among other information. It was established a national monument in El Paso County, Texas, by President Joe Biden on March 21, 2023

BUY EL PASO LUCHADOR T-SHIRT

This t-shirt was design for the Buy El Paso campaign. The campaign released limited edition t-shirts focused on promoting the practice of buying local in order to support local businesses at the start of the pandemic. The campaign gain media cover and the Luchador t-shirt was distributed in multiple local businesses.

The design consists of a toy luchador holding shopping bags. The luchador represents the typical mass produced toys that are present in the border region. “Compra Local” can be seen in one bag, this showcases the bilingual culture in our city of El Paso, Texas.

2021 FOREVER USA EARTH KEEPERS COLLECTION STAMPS

The 2021 Forever USA Earth Keepers collection celebrates naturalists from all over the world that have work for a better conservation of natural resources. Some of this activists have even given their lives for their work. The design portraits each Earth Keeper in an elegant and humanistic fashion, on the top of the head elements that symbolizes their respected causes can be seen, creating an interesting and enjoyable design.

DIAN FOSSEY

Dian Fossey (January 16, 1932 – December 26, 1985) was an American primatologist and conservationist known for her extensive study of mountain gorilla groups in the forests of Rwanda from 1966 until her 1985 murder.

DOROTHY STANG

Dorothy Stang (7 June 1931 – 12 February 2005) was an American-born, Brazilian member of the Congregation of the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur. She dedicated her life to defending the Brazilian rain forest from depletion from agriculture until her murder in 2005. As of today her cause for canonization as a martyr and model of sanctity is underway within the Congregation for the Causes of Saints.

ISATOU CEESAY

Isatou Ceesay (born December 30 1972) is a Gambian activist and social entrepreneur, she is referred as the Queen of Recycling. She began a recycling movement called One Plastic Bag in the Gambia. With this movement, she educates women in the Gambia to recycle plastic waste into sellable products, this gives women in the Gambia economic independence.

Vandana Shiva (born 5 November 1952) is an Indian scholar, environmental activist, food sovereignty advocate, and anti-globalization author. Her work for a healthy and natural agriculture has been recognized all around the world.
